Ladywell Bowling Club

​WELCOME TO LADYWELL BOWLING CLUB

Come and meet us and have a go at bowls at our free Open Day on Sunday May 26th? We'll have free refreshments, and our experienced players will be on hand to introduce you to the game and give you some playing tips. All you need to do is wear flat soled shoes or trainers and we'll do the rest!

We're a small, friendly bowling club in Catford, where you'll always find great company and a welcoming cup of tea or coffee. Not to mention a few biscuits or even the occasional cake or two! We always welcome new members, so if you'd like to join us, you'll get your first year's membership at half price - just £30 for the year. Or, if you don't want to become a full Ladywell member, you can pay £5 for each session you attend, with the option of becoming a member after you've paid for six sessions. Alternatively, you can become a non-playing social member - which means you can come to all our sessions for a chat, a hot drink and a biscuit or two for just £20 a year.  

You'll find us down at the green in Ladywell Fields, near the Bournville Road entrance. We meet every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 1pm to around 4.30pm between April and October each year. We also have evening sessions on Wednesdays from May to August, starting at 6pm. You're welcome to join us for a friendly game or two among ourselves, or to watch us play matches against other clubs. 

Bowls is a game for all ages and abilities and we're always keen to welcome new members. So, whether you're an experienced player or you'd just like to try it out, please contact us, or come and meet us at the green in Ladywell Fields - but please check our fixture list first here.
